India’s EB-2 Final Action DatesThe Visa Bulletin chart showing the priority dates for which a visa number can actually be issued or a green card approved in that month.See it in the glossary held at November 1, 2013 in the November 2026 bulletin, the same date it returned to in October after being listed as unavailable in September. Most other countries gained three months in EB-2, so the gap between India and the rest of the world is now more than 11 years.
India’s EB-3 and EB-3 Other Workers dates each moved three weeks, to January 22, 2014. EB-1 stayed at February 1, 2023, and unreserved EB-5 stayed at December 1, 2023.
