How to find your immigration court

Immigration courts are run by the Executive Office for Immigration Review, part of the Department of Justice. Use the search above to find the courts in your state, city or zip code.

Your hearing takes place at the court named on your Notice to Appear or hearing notice, and that notice lists your date, time and courtroom. You can also look up your case in the EOIR case status system with your A-Number. Hearing details can change, so check again before you travel.
