Form I-485

USCIS requires the 09/18/26 edition for filings postmarked or submitted online on or after September 18. The 01/20/25 edition is no longer accepted, and there is no grace period.

Forms I-539 and I-765

The 09/15/26 editions are not being accepted. Under a September 14 court order, USCIS continues to accept the 08/21/25 edition of Form I-765 and the 08/28/24 edition of Form I-539.

USCIS accepts the 10/17/24 edition through September 30. From October 1 it will accept only the 08/24/26 edition.
