USCIS Fee Calculator
Select every form that applies to your case and answer the follow-up questions. The total updates as you go, built from the official government filing fees, not attorney costs or estimates.
Tap a form to add it. Forms like I-765 and I-131 appear under more than one pathway since they apply to several case types, so selecting one anywhere selects it everywhere.

How this fee calculator works
This calculator adds up the government filing fees for the USCIS forms you select, so you can see a total before you file. It uses the amounts USCIS publishes in Form G-1055 and the statutory fee additions from H.R.1, and it shows the date the figures were last checked.
Some forms carry different fees depending on the category you file under. Form I-765, for example, varies by employment authorization category, so the calculator asks a few follow-up questions. Totals cover government filing fees only. They do not include attorney fees, translation costs, medical exams or optional services.
Fee schedules change, so confirm the exact amount with the official USCIS fee calculator before you pay. To see whether a form edition is still accepted, check the USCIS Forms Tracker. This tool does not give legal advice or decide which forms your case needs.
