The Philippines gained three months in EB-2 in the November 2026 bulletin, moving its Final Action DatesThe Visa Bulletin chart showing the priority dates for which a visa number can actually be issued or a green card approved in that month.See it in the glossary to April 1, 2025, but nearly every other date for the country held. The only family movement was F2A, up one month to October 22, 2026.
EB-3 for the Philippines stayed at August 15, 2023, the same date it reached in October, and EB-3 Other Workers stayed at January 1, 2022.

Every Philippines filing date held in November. EB-2 stays at March 15, 2026, EB-3 at January 1, 2024 and Other Workers at June 1, 2022. In family categories, F2A remains current and the other four are unchanged from October.
