Your Estimate

Estimated total $0
Figures reflect USCIS Form G-1055 and the H.R.1 statutory fee additions, last checked September 25, 2026, including the FY2026 inflation-adjusted H.R.1 amounts effective January 1, 2026 (Form I-765 fees now vary by EAD category, since asylum, parole, and TPS-based categories carry an additional statutory fee on top of the base filing fee). Always confirm your exact fee at the official USCIS Fee Schedule or the USCIS Fee Calculator before paying. How this fee calculator works

This calculator adds up the government filing fees for the USCIS forms you select, so you can see a total before you file. It uses the amounts USCIS publishes in Form G-1055 and the statutory fee additions from H.R.1, and it shows the date the figures were last checked.

Some forms carry different fees depending on the category you file under. Form I-765, for example, varies by employment authorization category, so the calculator asks a few follow-up questions. Totals cover government filing fees only. They do not include attorney fees, translation costs, medical exams or optional services.

Fee schedules change, so confirm the exact amount with the official USCIS fee calculator before you pay. To see whether a form edition is still accepted, check the USCIS Forms Tracker. This tool does not give legal advice or decide which forms your case needs.
